Rakuten Symphony, a subsidiary of the Rakuten Group, offers comprehensive global B2B solutions for the mobile telecommunications industry, facilitating cutting-edge cloud-based international mobile services.

I spearheaded the design of multiple services across both B2B and B2C platforms:

1. Business Intelligence Tool (B2B): Collaborating endlessly with project managers, engineers, and the data team, I orchestrated the complete end-to-end design of a Business Intelligence tool. This tool empowers businesses to efficiently manage dashboards, generate reports, and visualize data.

2. Ticket, Fault, Site Management (B2B): I also played a pivotal role in designing a system for managing tickets, faults, and site data, catering to the B2B sector.

3. Script Automation (B2B): Within the B2B realm, I contributed to the design of a script automation system, streamlining processes for businesses.

4. Customer Support (B2B): Additionally, I was involved in enhancing the customer support interface for B2B clients.

5. E-commerce for MNO Website (B2C): For the B2C segment, I worked on the design of the e-commerce platform for mobile network operator (MNO) services, encompassing mobile and SIM bundle offerings. This included the design of product pages, account management, and checkout interfaces.

Furthermore, my responsibilities extended to the establishment of a design system, creation of icons, and development of style guides, ensuring a consistent and polished user experience throughout these diverse services.
